Table an entirely different colour to what’s in the picture. Instead of this lovely honey colour, it’s more like a dark brown, like walnut. I understand there’s going to be some difference in shade, due to it being wood, but this is ridiculously different. It doesn’t go with any of the other teak in my garden, and if I wanted a dark wood table, I’d have bought one. Customer services just fobbed me off with the whole ‘natural product, some variation in colour to be expected etc’ and that that my other (high quality!) teak is ‘likely untreated and raw teak wood which has not had any protection or has been oiled with a clear product’. Not helpful, and incorrect! Nor is the suggestion of sending the table back for a return, which is very inconvenient, especially as I waited ages for it to arrive. Won’t be buying from Tikamoon again, which is a shame as I like the company’s ethics.
