Tikamoon started out as a furniture company that specialised in bathroom furniture. Realising the potential of the beautiful natural stones and woods of South East Asia, we worked hard to develop a range of solid teak bathroom washstands and carved marble washbasins. As we were designing, developing and delivering these goods ourselves, we were able to offer excellent prices for quality materials. Our reputation for this grew and we became a standard for quality bathroom furnishings.

As we all know, tastes change and develop over time. From our small beginnings as bathroom specialists we have followed the cycle of change, and grown a catalogue with much more variety. Our designers have travelled across Asia and Europe looking for new materials, style ideas and trends, and have developed a range of furniture for an eclectic variety of tastes and interests. We are no longer just the “South East Asian style bathroom” place. Perhaps no type of furniture in our collections testifies to this better than our range of sideboards.

The Celeste solid pine sideboard has a traditional look with its hinged metal handles and white washed pine look. There is a certain American style grandness to the look. The Celeste stands as a great surface for displaying your decorative items and spicing up your living room.

The Britz, solid poplar sideboard has a comfortable homely look, with its rich white painted finish and hand carved slatted wooden box drawers. The Britz is a much more discrete sideboard that can be tucked into unused space in the home.
