Terrazzo gives any bathroom a fresh new look
Bathroom looking a bit tired and in need of a makeover? Want to do something creative and design a totally unique bathroom? Why not use Terrazzo? It’s really popular for contemporary interiors, looks incredible and is easy to maintain.
To give you a few examples of Terrazzo, once known as granite or Venetian paving, here are some photos from previous customers. We’ve organised them into three themes: the splashback, the sink or totally Terrazo.

Whereas @clarezerny, has gone for a more dramatic look and continued the Terrazzo along the floor. You can get Terrazzo from many different places in a variety of sizes.
Terrazzo also works well in a studio to separate the bathroom area from the rest of the room.
Top tip: To enhance the graphic look, opt for Terrazzo in the same tones but with different designs for the splashback and floor.
# A Terrazzo Sink
These bathrooms already had a defined style, but our clients decided to enhance it with a hint of Terrazzo by installing an Isa Grey or a Pegase confetti sink.
As you can see in the photos, the flecked effect looks great with all kinds of tiling, any tap colour and all types of wood.
Top tip: Place or hang a pretty mirror opposite the Terrazzo sink, making sure the reflection is visible when you enter the room. A cute modern effect that totally changes the whole ambiance of the room.

Some of our customers really love a strong graphic, so they’ve gone totally Terrazzo! From the splashback to the sink to the floor, this flecked material gives the room a lively, colourful feel for an invigorating effect.

Top tip: why not try mixing different tones and sizes of Terrazzo for a unique, arty bathroom? Just make sure the colours look good together or your head will be spinning!
