Charlotte Juillard is an interior designer and architect who values materials and craftsmanship through her poetic, sustainable creations. A graduate of the École Camondo, she founded her studio in 2014, combining textures, shapes and femininity in an approach centred on handcrafted gestures.

The result of a collaboration between Tikamoon and the Paris Opera, the Opera solid oak console is part of the beautiful Opera Collection design by Charlotte Juillard. At the crossroads between unique furniture and visual art, it is inspired by two iconic landmarks - the Palais Garnier and the Opera Bastille, standing out for a design that combines finesse and functionality.

Every detail tells a story: the curved tabletop, crafted using an exceptional cabinetmaking technique, reveals a harmonious curve reminiscent of the fluidity of ballet. The Walnut varnish enhances the natural grain of the oak, while the light wood introduces a contemporary touch that harmoniously contrasts with the dark oak, creating a dialogue between tradition and modernity. Finally, the slightly overhanging edge of the tabletop evokes a ballet barre, adding a sense of visual lightness to the overall design.

Designed to blend seamlessly into any space, this slim console can easily be placed in an entrance hall, living room or bedroom. Its ingenious design also means it can be reinvented as an occasional desk, as and when required. The interchangeable, screw-on legs offer additional scope for customisation, making this piece of furniture unique.
