The Palais Garnier's marking of its 150th-year celebration sees a collaboration between tikamoon and the Paris Opera. This pairing has given rise to a unique Collection inspired by the duality of the Palais Garnier and the Bastille Opera. Six exquisite pieces designed by Charlotte Juillard and crafted using only the finest materials comprise this ultra-limited, exclusive Collection. The meticulous eye cast over every detail elicits an extraordinary sense of quality, sophistication as well as a quest for excellence.
Where the two worlds of furniture and opera and dance collide.
Each creation embodies the very essence of the Opéra, portraying both the eclecticism of the Palais Garnier and the modernity of the Bastille. A true homage to this artistic heritage, the solid wood collection represents sustainability, prestige and grandeur. Timeless, it has been designed to last and to be passed on from generation to generation.
The excellence that nurtured this collaboration is also clearly seen in its illustration, in which the collection blends with dance and music. The participation of Claire Gandolfi and Arthus Raveau – Coryphaeus and Principal Dancer of the Paris Opera Ballet respectively – renders each of these shots completely unique.

The shapes, materials, and functionality of this furniture harmoniously seam with the idea of transforming an everyday space into an area of elegance and refinement. Comprising six pieces – a cheval mirror, an armchair, a carpet, a mirror, a console table and an end table – this collection stands out with soft and fluid shapes that resonate with the movement and agility
of the ballet.
Charlotte graduated from the École Camondo in Design and Interior Architecture. After a stint at Fabrica in Italy, the designer collaborated with brands such as the Manufacture de Sèvres, Seletti, and Molteni before founding her own studio in 2014. Recognized at the Maison & Objet fair in 2016 and a finalist for the Wallpaper Prize in 2018, her creative approach revolves around exploring gesture in a quest to enhance materials.
The Opéra cheval mirror stands out for its meticulous mid-wood assembly, a traditional technique that ensures the piece is stable and long lasting. The thickness of the wood and the delicate, subtly worked curves are reminiscent of the undulating movements of dance, conferring a silhouette that is both sturdy and fluid.

The console table stands out with a design that blends finesse and functionality.
Each detail tells a story: the rounded top reveals a harmonious curve reminiscent of the fluidity of the ballet. The edge slightly exceeding the top is evocative of the ballet barre and provides a visual lightness to the ensemble.

The end table alone embodies the synergy between two worlds: the technical precision of exceptional furniture and the artistic fluidity of dance. Seen from above, the table reveals a subtle play of curves and “space”, emphasizing a meticulous assembly in the top. The table rests on an asymmetrical foot, a technical prowess guaranteeing stability and balance while giving the piece a resolutely modern look.

A true work that brings art into your daily life. Through remarkable selection and assembly work, the wood grain runs around the frame. Thanks to their fluid assembly, the two wood shades that make up the frame evoke the corps’ movements in space, a silent dance that enhances your interior.
The mirror.
Created from solid European oak, a luxury, sustainable and resistant material, it highlights exceptional woodworking techniques. The delicate bends in the wood reflects the fluidity of movement; the traditional mortice-and-tenon and scarf joints guarantee solidity and durability. Each detail has been carefully considered, starting with the wooden medallion that signs each creation.
The armchair.
Its undulating shapes evoke the grace of the corps in movement. The meticulous and refined weaving process guarantees and soft texture and an elegant visual result.

This light and pure wood brings a modern touch, harmoniously contrasting with the dark oak, and creates a dialogue between tradition and modernity.
The red velvet, emblematic of the curtains and seats at the Palais Garnier, gives the collection a theatrical and luxury touch.
The cream velvet adds a refined and sophisticated dimension, symbolizing the grace of ballet movements.
Lastly, the medallion symbolizes the collaboration between tikamoon and the Opéra de Paris and represents the union of two worlds: furniture and opera and dance. The engraved logos are a reminder of the attachment to excellence and elegance, the signatures of this collection.
